The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a global blueprint adopted by the United Nations to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all by 2030. Marikina Polytechnic College (MPC) is committed to building a Future-Ready institution by strategically aligning its programs and initiatives with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), emphasizing its role in fostering global and national progress. This commitment is evident in our focus on Quality Education (SDG 4) through curriculum integration of principles like Gender and Development (GAD) and digital innovation; our drive for Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17) by strengthening local and international linkages for research and development; and our active pursuit of environmental responsibility through Energy Conservation and Green Programs and consideration of the UI GreenMetric World University Ranking (related to SDGs on sustainability). Through these efforts, MPC ensures its graduates are highly competent, ethically responsible technopreneurs who actively contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive future, truly living the theme, "United in Purpose."
