Strength Training Philosophy
Our strength training philosophy is to teach strength concepts, fundamentals, and safety procedures associated with the Teambuildr program. We always believe technique and flexibility comes first and is essential before increasing the weights. We want to develop "athletes" not football players. We understand and encourage 3 sport athletes and will implement variations to the strength training program to become more specific to in season and off season athletes. Lastly, the athletes that ultimately get results are those that feed the body with a balanced nutritious diet as well as be consistent and put the time into their physical development.
