Assignment Sheet

Students are expected to complete their assignment sheet each day while at school and show it to their parent or guardian. The assignment sheet will be stored in your child’s take home folder. On days in which students are in school, we ask parents/guardians to initial below the corresponding day, indicating that they have seen the assignment sheet and have talked to their child about completing any and all upcoming assignments.

The assignment sheet is an important tool that is used to:

• • • keep track of assignments and due dates

    • inform parents/guardians of tests and special events

    • remind the child and teacher about changes in the after school routine

    • communicate progress, concerns, and questions
