Who can audition?
Auditions are open to all students ages 5 and up.
What happens at the audition?
The audition is run just like a regular ballet class. Dancers will wear an audition number and participate in class activities so instructors can observe technique, focus, and performance quality in a comfortable, familiar setting.
Will my child be cast in the show?
Yes! All students who audition will be cast in the production.
Is my child ready for this performance?
Young dancers should be able to:
Stand on their spot independently
Follow directions and learn choreography
Participate with minimal assistance from helpers on stage
This ensures a positive and successful performance experience for everyone.
Who is this production for?
This ballet is perfect for dancers who love to perform and want to be part of a magical, classical stage experience.
When are rehearsals?
Rehearsals are held on Saturdays from March through May.
Young students rehearse for approximately 30–60 minutes
Intermediate dancers rehearse for approximately 1–2 hours
