Thank you for your interest in the use of the Mount Horeb High School Auditorium.
The Fine Arts Facilities (FAF) are owned and operated by the Mount Horeb Area School District (MHASD). In assigning use of the FAF, first priority will be given to the MHASD’s academic and extra-curricular programs. Only dates that do not conflict with events on the school calendar will be considered for rental to external groups.
All facility, equipment and labor needs must be requested on this application. Last minute requests for additional time and labor may not be granted, nor will the MHASD guarantee that additional equipment will be available. All costs for labor will be billed to the renting organization. Calls will begin one-half hour before the established call time. All labor has a three hour minimum.
