Who We Are
I am an experienced educator with nearly 15 years of experience working with students across grades K–12. My background includes both general education and special education, supporting students with a wide range of learning needs.
I have also provided West Virginia Birth to Three services, working with children from birth to age three and their families. This experience has strengthened my understanding of early development and the importance of building strong foundational skills.
Throughout my career, I have worked with students ranging from gifted learners to those with more significant support needs. I focus on meeting students where they are, providing structure and clear expectations, and helping them build confidence and independence in their learning.
Our Services
Homeschool Portfolio Review
A detailed review of your student’s homeschool portfolio to ensure it is complete, well-organized, and clearly documents student progress. This includes reviewing work samples, records, and overall structure to identify any missing components or areas that may need improvement.
Feedback is provided with clear, practical recommendations to strengthen the portfolio and ensure it is ready for submission or review. Guidance is aligned with West Virginia homeschool requirements so families can feel confident their portfolio meets state expectations.
Portfolios are completed either virtually or by mail and priced at $150.00
Tutoring and Enrichment
One-on-one virtual sessions designed to meet each student where they are. Support is available for grades K–5 in all subject areas, including reading, writing, math, and foundational skills. For grades 6–12, sessions focus on English Language Arts and Social Studies, including reading comprehension, writing, assignments, and classwork support.
For older students, support can also include help with resume writing, basic career exploration, organization, and preparation for next steps after high school. Sessions are flexible and can be tailored to fit academic needs, skill-building, or future planning.
All sessions are designed to help students stay on track, complete work, and build confidence while working at a pace that fits their needs.
Tutoring and Enrichment is priced at $100 an hour virtually.
Support for Students with Special Needs
Students with learning differences may need additional structure, organization, and support to be successful in a homeschool or virtual setting. Individualized support is provided to help students stay on track, complete work, and build confidence in their abilities.
Support may include help with organization, breaking down assignments into manageable steps, building routines, and developing strategies that support learning and independence. Sessions are tailored to each student’s needs and can be adjusted based on academic goals, pace, and areas of difficulty.
This service is designed to provide academic support and skill-building in a flexible setting that meets the needs of each student.
Support for special needs is priced at $100 an hour virtually.
