With a pole fitness class you will be working up a sweat by doing continuous reps of muscle building moves. This class is for all levels with modifications presented for beginners and more advanced students. Pole fitness is a great way to stay fit during the colder months to be in prime climbing condition in the summer! Check out pole classes at the Durango Rec Center on Fridays from 6-7pm and Saturdays from 1-2pm!
