In the first semester we made something called an identity box and we filled every side of the box and talked about what we like and how our identity has changed throughout the year. 

In the second semester we made portraits of ourselves with positive words about our selves and our identity. We also studied our Digital Identity and it matters because it helps me when I am bored. I gained more awareness of what is saved online. 

To me Integrity means do the right thing even when nobody is looking

I have grown in Integrity through the year because I have done more things without any one asking me to do them

Two examples are picking up trash or helping some one if they get hurt 

To me Effort means try your best on what ever you are working on

I have grown in Effort by trying harder on stuff like tests 

Two examples are math tests and essays for Humanities

To me Refinement means refining stuff as you work or when you think you are done

I have grown in Refinement because I have tried harder on things 

Two examples are presentations or scripts

To me Respect means being nice to someone even if they are not nice to me

I have grown in this throughout this school year because I have tried harder to be friends with other people or Respect other people that are not as nice

Two examples are some people are not my friends or don't like me but I still Respect them and their space or people that are my friends have bondaries and I have to Respect those boundaries 

To me Ownership means taking Ownership if you did something

I have grown in this because I have taken more responsibility over stuff I did

Two examples are if I made a mistake I will own up to that mistake and try to fix it or if I broke something I will try to fix it or tell someone 

To me helpfulness means to help someone if they need help

I have grown in helpfulness by helping out more

Two examples are if mom needs to go do something I can help out and watch my siblings or help a teacher carry or organize something
