We are working on a project about geology including rock layers of our regain. My goal for science is to stay on task so I give good feedback.
In this lab we made starburst into sedimentary rock by cutting the starburst and mushing it into a ball, then we put it into a bag and put it in hot water and let it melt, then we let it dry, after that we melted it with an iron. In the lab I learned the rock sickle. It helped me learn about the sickle.
In this lab I learned how the mountains, earthquakes, and trenches are formed. We used graham crackers to form tectonic plates, the tectonic plates were on the frosting and pushed together to make mountain ranges. The lab helped me understand tectonic plates by making it happen in real life so I can see it happen
In earth rocks I got a meets. In the rock model I got an exceeds. In scripted riding I got a developing. I liked it when I got to help make the box with Hunter and when we got to build the rock diagram.
In my exhibition I got a meets.For my research part I got a meets. And I covered all the topics. For my group work I got a meets. And I covered all the topics. And finally for my exhibition presentation I got a meets. And I covered all the topics.
The reflection on my exhibition is that some of the challenges are that me and sawyer were trying to make a lemonade stand and the only days I was open sawyer was not and the only days sawyer was open I had something going on. So one day after baseball prates I went over to Sawyer's house and we set up the lemonade stand and had only 3 people stop by. We put all the money into one tree planted. The way that I learned about deforestation is that we are cutting down trees to make houses. The way that I grew in this project is I learned a lot about how deforestation is impacting the planet.
