Strong Science (Feedback from teachers that have been a part of other available island programs they mention that our program is the strongest as far as science - of all the other camps they have experienced 

• Only program using field journals that follow the steps of the Scientific Method and Principles

• Teach them how to do a hypothesis and theory and pull it all together with a conclusion from the data taken through the hands on program.

• We do trust walks, campfires with a purpose, astronomy, etc

• Skits 

• Most other camps - do not offer evening programs

LOCATION

• Longest sandy beach, where the buffalo roam!

• Amazing hiking trails, many endemic species to see, that can only be found on Catalina Island. 

• Many ecosystems to explore, for example intertidal, kelp forest and the rocky reef!
