Carpet Expectations -
I sit criss-cross, applesauce in my carpet spot so I am in my own space.
I keep my hands in my lap and my feet to myself.
My eyes are on the SMARTboard or my teacher.
I listen when my teacher is talking.
My voice is off.
I raise my hand and wait to be called on before sharing.
I work hard!
Table Spot Expectations -
I sit flat on my bottom in my chair/stool.
My feet are in my own space.
I use my supplies appropriately.
I raise my hand for help and wait for my teacher to come to me.
I work hard!
Bathroom Expectations -
I wait my turn quietly for the bathroom with my hands by my side.
I go to the bathroom, flush, wash hands, dry and get back in line or back to class.
Only 1 friend in each stall.
I do not crawl under the stalls.
My hands and feet are to myself.
The bathroom is not a place to play. I am there with a purpose - to use it!
Hallway Expectations -
My eyes are open and looking ahead to my teacher.
My arms are at my side.
My voice is off.
My feet are quietly walking forward.
I walk with a purpose, knowing I have somewhere to be.
Breakfast and Lunchroom Expectations -
I go to the end of the line and wait to get my food.
I sit down at my table.
I raise my hand for help.
I eat my food and talk quietly with my neighbors.
Playground Expectations -
I only play safe games (no pretend guns or weapons).
I always say “YES” when others ask to play and I invite others to play.
I leave the sticks on the ground.
I tell a teacher if someone is hurt or I need help.
I use the equipment the right way.
I play hard!!
