Mr. Perucco's Class

7th Grade Language Arts

About this Class

Throughout the year, we will get to know each other as readers and writers. Students have a lot of choice in terms of what they read and how they respond to it, and we cover a wide range of topics, from the Holocaust to learning about personality types. There's something for everyone!

See the course syllabus for more detailed information.

What will I need for this Class?

Each day, students will need:

  • a pencil or pen

  • their independent reading book

  • a notebook or binder

About Mr. Perucco

I teach 7th English Language Arts. I coach the Quiz Bowl and Quidditch teams, advise GSA, and am co-director of the annual school musical.

I am originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and I moved to Minnesota after attending St. Olaf College. In my free time, I enjoy making music (I play violin and piano), running, reading, and spending time outdoors.

Daily assignments will be uploaded to Google Classroom. All feedback and retake information is available on StudentVue. If you need to contact me, please don't hesitate to email me at daniel.perucco@moundsviewschools.org.
