Hello. My name is Jeremy Hieb. I graduated from St. Olaf College with a BA in Mathematics and a concentration in Environmental Studies. Upon graduating, I spent 2 years in Tanzania volunteering with the US Peace Corps. I developed my love for teaching during this time as I taught in a rural village school. After returning to the US, I enrolled at the University of MN in a masters program for teaching mathematics. I have been employed by Mounds View Public Schools since I left the U of M. I taught at Irondale High School for 12 years and this is my second year at Chippewa Middle School.

My academic interests are currently: Statistics, Programming, Electronics, and reading fiction. My recreational interests are spending time with my family and outdoor activities(mountain biking, camping, canoeing, ,kayaking).
