• I have photos to share with the yearbook staff. Where can I submit them? Upload photos for the yearbook staff to use in the yearbook at this link.       (access code: Mustangs)

• When do the yearbooks arrive? We will distribute the yearbooks before the end of the school year (typically after Memorial Day). Watch the announcements for more specific distribution dates.

• Are there any yearbooks from previous years that I can buy? We have a limited amount of yearbooks from the previous four years. Email ingrid.kleinjan@moundsviewschools.org for more information.

• What are the senior portrait requirements? Here are the senior portrait requirements. All seniors must fill out this form by October 21.

• Where can I submit photos for use in the yearbook (all grades)? Submit photos to the link below. Include the following: students names and grades, brief description of the event, and photographer's name

Yearbook Senior Portrait Requirements - (see example)

• Full Color

• In-Studio lighting - NO OUTDOOR PHOTOS  

• Background

  • Canvas studio backdrop (blended canvas - gray or tan) 

  • (No white, black, or bright backgrounds)

• Head and shoulder portrait only, Medium Shot - Vertical 

  • NO ARMS/HANDS

  • FULL headshot, no tight crops; eyes/head facing forward

• Suggested Attire

  • Business casual (no strapless tops, as the photo does not crop well) 

  • No props (hats, logo/writing on t-shirts, equipment, instruments, weapons, etc.)

• Photo submission

  • Digital format (.png or .jpg files), dpi: 300 or greater

  • Named with the student’s legal last name and legal first name (ex. Johnson_Benjamin.png)
