Art and Design Learning Target

Students will explore how art and design can be used to solve problems and communicate ideas. 

Goals

• Students will use a variety of materials and learn about artists from a wide range of backgrounds.

• Students will use design thinking to communicate and creatively solve problems. 

• Students will apply the elements of art in understanding how meaning is shared visually and in sharing their own ideas through original works of art.
