Meet Your Teacher!

My name is Colin Perucco and I teach 8th Grade ELA and 8th Grade Creative Writing + Speaking.

I graduated from St. Olaf College, got my Master of Arts in Teaching at Hamline University, and am starting my fourth year at Highview (7th year teaching).

I love to travel, sing, cook, and get outdoors whenever possible and can't wait to talk with your students about their reading/ELA lives and what they get up to in their free time!

I believe that the quality education of our children is the result of a healthy partnership between families, schools, and the community that supports them, so please never hesitate to contact me with questions, concerns, exciting news, etc.
