안드레아스 슐라이허 경제협력개발기구 (OECD) 교육스킬국장은 국제학업성취도평가 (PISA)를 기획하고 총괄해 왔다. 또한 각국의 정책입안자, 연구자 및 교육자들이 국가와 문화의 경계를 넘어 교육정책과 실천을 혁신하고 발전시킬 수 있도록 다양한 국제 평가 및 협력 체계를 주도하고 있다. 그는 20년 이상 각국의 교육부 장관 및 교육계 지도자들과 협력하며 교육의 질 향상에 기여해 왔다. 독일 연방공화국 초대 대통령의 이름을 딴 ‘테오도르 호이스상 (Theodor Heuss Prize)’을  비롯해  민주적  참여와  사회  발전에  기여한  공로를  인정받아  다수의  상과  훈장을  수상했다.  현재  독일 하이델베르크대학교 명예교수직을 맡고 있다.

Andreas Schleicher is Director for Education and Skills at the OECD. He initiated and oversees the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) and other international instruments that have created a global platform for policy-makers, researchers and educators across nations and cultures to innovate and transform educational policies and practices. 

He has worked for over 20 years with ministers and education leaders to improve education. Former U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan said that Schleicher “understands the global issues and challenges as well as or better than anyone I’ve met, and he tells me the truth”. Former UK Secretary of State Michael Gove called Schleicher “the most important man in English education” – even though he is German and lives in France. 

He is the recipient of numerous honours and awards, including the “Theodor Heuss” prize, awarded in the  name  of  the  first  president  of  the  Federal  Republic  of  Germany  for  “exemplary  democratic engagement”. He holds an honorary professorship at the University of Heidelberg.

고영선 한국교육개발원장은 2024년 4월에 제20대 한국교육개발원장으로 취임하였다. 서울대학교 경제학과를 졸업하고 (1985), 미국 스탠퍼드대학교에서 경제학 박사학위를 취득한 (1992년) 이후, 한국개발연구원 (KDI)에 합류하여 약 20년 (1993~2013) 동안 재정정책과 정부개혁 등 정책연구에 매진하였다. 2013년부터 2017년까지 국무조정실 제2차장과 고용노동부 차관을 역임하였으며, 이후 KDI로 복귀하여 국제개발협력센터 소장, 글로벌지식협력센터 소장, KDI 연구부원장 등 주요 보직에서 역할을 수행하였다.

주요 연구 관심 분야는 재정정책, 공공재정관리, 정부개혁으로 최근에는 불평등, 노동시장, 교육, 경제발전 등으로 관심 영역을 넓혀 왔다. 최근 주요 연구로는 『대학 구조개혁에 관한 연구』가 있다.

Dr. Youngsun Koh is President of Korean Educational Development Institute (KEDI). He studied economics at Seoul National University (B.A., 1985) and Stanford University (Ph.D., 1992). After his study, he joined Korea Development Institute (KDI) and spent two decades (1993-2013) there doing policy-related research. In 2013-2017,  he  served  in  the  Korean  government  first  as  the  Second  Vice  Minister  of  the  Office  for Government Policy Coordination and then as Vice Minister of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Afterwards he moved back to KDI and held various managerial positions—Executive Director of the Center for International Development, Executive Director of the Global Knowledge and Exchange Development Center, and Senior Vice President/Chief Research Officer—before taking up the current position at KEDI in April 2024.

Throughout his research career, Dr. Koh initially focused on fiscal policy, public financial management system, and government reform. Later his interest expanded into other areas such as inequality, labor market, education, and economic development. His most recent publication was about the reform of the higher education sector in Korea.

김문희 한국교육과정평가원장은 2026년 3월 취임하여 평가원의 연구 및 사업을 총괄하고 있다. 교육부 기획조정 실장과 정책기획관, 대변인을 역임했으며, 주OECD 대한민국 대표부 공사와 OECD 선임분석관으로 활동하며 교육정책 및 국제협력 분야에서  폭넓은  경험을  쌓았다.  한국교육과정평가원장으로  취임하기  전에는  한경국립대학교  부교수로  재직했다. 한양대학교에서 경제학 학사, 미국 뉴욕대학교에서 경제학 석사, 컬럼비아대학교에서 경제교육학 박사 학위를 취득했다.

Moonhee Kim has served as President of the Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation (KICE) since March 2026, overseeing its research and operations. She previously held senior positions at Korea’s Ministry of Education, including Deputy Minister for Planning and Coordination, Director General for Policy Planning, and Spokesperson. She also served as Minister at the Permanent Delegation of the Republic of Korea to the OECD and as a Senior Analyst at the OECD Secretariat. Before joining KICE, she was an Associate Professor at Hankyong National University. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Education from Columbia University.

정제영 한국교육학술정보원장은 이화여자대학교 교육학과 교수로 재직하고 있으며, 2024년 5월 한국교육학술정보원 원장으로 취임하였다. 한국교육학술정보원은 교육 및 학술정보화의 발전을 지원하는 기관이다. 정제영 원장은 서울대학교에서 교육학 학사 학위, 동 대학원에서 교육행정 전공으로 교육학 박사 학위를 취득하였다. 이화여자대학교 미래교육연구소 소장과 기획처장, 호크마교양대학 학장 등을 역임했으며, 교육과학기술부 서기관으로도 재직한 바 있다. 현재 한국교육학회 부회장을 맡고 있다.

Jae Young Chung is the President of the Korea Education and Research Information Service (KERIS) and a Professor in the Department of Education at Ewha Womans University. He assumed the presidency of KERIS in May 2024. Dr. Chung earned his bachelor’s degree in Education from Seoul National University and a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from its graduate school. Before his current role, he served as Director of the Institute for Future Education and Dean of Academic Affairs at Ewha Womans University, as well as Dean of the Hokma College of General Education. He also served as a Senior Deputy Director at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. He currently serves as Vice President of the Korean Educational Research Association.

스탠턴 워덤은 보스턴칼리지 린치 교육·인재개발대학 학장이다. 이전에는 펜실베이니아대학교에서 버코위츠 교육학 석좌교수로 재직하였다. 주요 저서로는 『Learning Identity』, 『Bullish on Uncertainty』, 『Discourse Analysis beyond the Speech Event』 등이 있다. 또한 멕시코 출신 이민자 공동체를 대상으로 10년간 수행한 연구를 바탕으로 『Migration Narratives』를 출간하고, 관련 영화 『Adelante』를 제작하였다. 워덤 교수는 W. T. 그랜트 재단 특별연구원 (Distinguished Fellow)을 역임했으며, 미국교육연구학회 (AERA) 펠로우이자 미국교육아카데미 (National Academy of Education) 회원이다. 미국교육연구학회 캐텔 신진연구자상 (Cattell Early Career Research Award), 펜실베이니아대학교 린드백 우수강의상 (Lindback Award for Distinguished Teaching), 언어인류학회 사피어 도서상 (Sapir Book Prize) 등을 수상하였다. 현재 그는 보스턴 칼리지의 동료 연구진과 함께 연구 및 교육 현장에서 ‘형성 교육 (Formative Education)’이라는 포괄적인 교육 비전을 실천하고 있다. 이는 교육자가 개인 간 관계, 정서적·윤리적·영적 차원을 아우르며 전인적 성장과 발달을 촉진할 책임이 있다는 관점에 기반한다.

Stanton Wortham is the Donovan Dean of the Lynch School of Education and Human Development at Boston College. He was formerly the Berkowitz Professor of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. His books include Learning Identity, Bullish on Uncertainty, and Discourse Analysis beyond the Speech Event. His ten-year study with a Mexican immigrant community has yielded the book Migration Narratives and the film Adelante. He has been a W.T. Grant Foundation Distinguished Fellow and is an American Educational Research Association Fellow and a member of the National Academy of Education. He has received the American Educational Research Association Cattell Early Career Research Award, the University of Pennsylvania Lindback Award for Distinguished Teaching, and the Society for Linguistic Anthropology Sapir Book Prize. In both research and practice, he and his colleagues at Boston College are implementing a broad vision of “formative education,” in which educators are responsible for fostering the development of whole people, including interrelations among interpersonal, emotional, ethical and spiritual dimensions. 

조영태  교수는  서울대학교  보건대학원  교수이자  서울대학교  인구정책연구센터장이다.  2004년부터  서울대학교에서 교수로 재직하고 있으며, 이전에는 미국 유타주립대학교 사회학과 조교수로 근무하였다. 현재 한국인구학회 부회장을 맡고 있으며, 베트남 정부의 인구정책 자문을 역임하였다.주요 연구 분야는 인구정책, 초저출산, 신흥국의 인구와 발전, 국내외 소비시장의 인구 변화 등이다. 주요 저서로는 『정해진 미래』, 『정해진 미래 시장의 기회』, 『인구, 미래, 공존』 등이 있다. 인구학 연구를 바탕으로 공공정책과 기업 전략을 연결하는 연구와 활동을 이어가고 있다.

Youngtae Cho is a Professor at the Graduate School of Public Health at Seoul National University and Director of the Population Policy Research Center. He has been a faculty member at Seoul National University since 2004 and previously served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology at Utah State University. He currently serves as Vice President of the Korean Association of Population Studies and has advised the Vietnamese government on population policy. His research focuses on population policy, ultra-low fertility, population and development in emerging economies, and demographic trends in domestic and international consumer markets. He is the author of several books, including The Predetermined Future, Opportunities in the Future Market, and Population, Future, and Coexistence. His work bridges demographic research, public policy, and business strategy.

박한울 부사장은 SK하이닉스 Global Talent 담당으로서 국내외 인재 확보, 핵심인재 관리, 해외 인사를 총괄하고 있다. 박 부사장은 SK하이닉스 합류 전, SK그룹 조직인 SUPEX추구협의회와 SK이노베이션에서 인사 업무를 맡은 바 있다.

Vice President Hanul Park serves as Head of Global Talent at SK hynix, overseeing domestic and international talent acquisition, key talent management, and global human resources operations. Prior to joining SK hynix, he held human resources roles at SK Group’s SUPEX Council and SK Innovation.

신승기  교수는  서울교육대학교  정보교육과  교수로  재직하고  있으며  같은  대학  교육전문대학원의  컴퓨터교육전공, 인공지능 교육전공, 인공지능미래교육전공에서 교육과 연구를 함께 담당하고 있다. 현재 서울교육대학교 교육전문대학원 컴퓨터교육전공의 전공주임을 맡고 있으며, 한국정보교육학회 이사로 활동하고 있다. 미국 조지아대학교 (University of Georgia)에서 박사학위를 받았으며, 애리조나주립대학교 (Arizona State University)에서 컴퓨터교육전공 교수로 근무하였다. 주요 연구 분야는 컴퓨팅사고력, 보편적 정보교육, 인공지능교육, 프로그래밍 문해력이다. 

Seungki Shin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science Education at Seoul National University of Education (SNUE), Republic of Korea. He also teaches in the Computer Science Education, Artificial Intelligence Education, and Artificial Intelligence Future Education programs at the Graduate  School  of  Education  of  SNUE.  He  currently  serves  as  head  of  the  Computer  Science Education program and as a board member of the Korean Association of Information Education. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Georgia in the United States and previously served as a faculty member in Computer Science Education at Arizona State University. His research interests include computational  thinking,  computer  science  education  for  all,  artificial  intelligence  education,  and programming literacy.
