Kapa Ora is a nine-month journey created for the iNE who feels deeply called home. 

Home to herself, her whakapapa and the whenua of her tīpuna.

This mana motuhake was shared in the warmth of a grandmother's embrace, in the stories exchanged over weaving and cups of tea, in the songs sung by aunties, in the quiet strength of sisters, and in the sacred spaces of the marae.

For many ine living across the moana, and even right here on their whenua, those moments were never received and the longing remains. A quiet knowing that something within them is waiting to be re-ignited.

She may have been born beyond the shores of Aotearoa or built a life far from them, she may have lived right here on her whenua shelter or disconnected from her truth.

Kapa Ora exists for the ine who never had the nannies, the aunties, the sisters, or the village to turn to. It gently becomes that space. A circle of guidance where ancestral knowledge is shared with grace, where questions are welcomed, and where every iNE is held as she remembers the ancestral wisdom that flows through her.

The journey begins online, allowing each ine to prepare for the journey home to Aotearoa. Through intimate wānanga, ine are guided to unpack the inherited beliefs, stories, and conditioning that have created distance between themselves and their whakapapa. 

Together they explore the foundations of their own identity through pepeha, karakia, reo maioha, pūrākau, and the living wisdom of their ancestors. Every wānanga is an invitation to reconnect with what has always lived within. 

Throughout this journey, Jade and Herena gently weave together mātauranga, lived experience, and projector guidance to strengthen each ine with their ancestral, analytical, emotional, and embodied iNE-telligence. Every conversation, every practice, and every reflection is designed to restore trust in herself and in the wisdom she already carries.

In March 2027, the digital journey returns to where it has always been leading. Over four sacred days, these ine gather at Mangaroa Marae in Aotearoa. They arrive not as strangers, but as daughters returning home.

The whenua that once lived only in stories is finally felt beneath their feet and all the energy put in through the journey no longer something to read, but it is experienced.
