Hello! I am Harry. Since I had attained a good result in DSE, I am able to get into HKUST Engineering! Although we don’t delve into engineering to much in engineering at year 1, we still need to acquire about some basic knowledge, like the functioning principle of an aeroplane. In addition, in engineering, we learn much harder physics, which gives me a hard time for a while.

In university, we have much more freedom than secondary school – we are able to choose lessons we are interested in, we can decide whether we go to the lesson or not etc. The decision is all within your grasp! Therefore the most crucial criteria in learning in university is self-discipline. Besides from learning, I have met lots of friend from different background.　They have broadened my horizon by communicating with them. Overall, the life in HKUST is fascinating!
