This is an external page voluntarily managed by Class Parents and P&F to assist parents in keeping up-to-date with current news and dates

• Morning drop off (8-8.30am) - you must park and/or walk to drop your son off at the classroom - Early Entry boys are not allowed to use car line. 

• Afternoon pick up (2.30-3pm) - you must park and/or walk to collect your son from the classroom - Early Entry boys are not allowed to use car line. 

• Parking at Prep - please do not park in the designated car line area (out the front of the school on Shadforth Street), you also cannot u-turn on that section of Shadforth Street for safety reasons, and there is no right turn at the intersection of Shadforth and Canrobert Street to ensure a good flow of traffic. There are often rangers on duty and you will be fined for any of the infringements outlined above. 

• Lunchboxes - You will need three separate lunch boxes - (1) Crunch and Sip (small box with cut fruit and veg) - (2) Recess (medium box - fruit and snack) - (3) Lunch (sandwich, snack & fruits). Don't forget your water bottle. No nuts please. 

• Canteen - Order delicious & healthy recess/lunches via our on-site canteen - see link to ordering via flexischools app here. NOTE - Early Entry can only order lunch (recess is not available to order). 

• Canteen - ordering cut off times - orders by 8.45am with limited late menu until 10am (otherwise a restricted menu is offered to your son - with flat charge to your account).

• Reminder to download the Mosman Prep School App (Orbit) - it is critical to keeping on track - providing key notifications/updates and links for logging absences, viewing class pages & newsletters etc. For new families - Prep will send out your login details via email in the new year - keep your eye out. 

• Class Newsletter - The teachers will send out our class newsletter early in Term 1 - keep your eye out as it contains key information (incl. days assigned for library and Terrey Hills, and Term 1 learning and projects).

• After School Care - Bookings for Term 1 will be done via a new online platform through Hubworks - bookings for Term 1 will open late January (stay tuned for more info).

• Enrichment Classes (before and after school activities) - Bookings for Term 1 will open late January (stay tuned for more info).

• Coach services: Bookings for Chatswood Coach (Prep) and Northern Beaches Coach (Queenwood) are now open - for more information and link see here. 

• Absences need to be logged via the School App (Orbit) prior to 8.20am.

• Late arrivals must report to Reception before proceeding to their classroom. 

• Early departures must be emailed to the Office and classroom teacher prior to the day - boys are then collected from Reception at departure time. 

• Changes to regular travel arrangements must be emailed to the school and classroom teacher by 12pm that day. For emergencies please call the Office directly on 9968 4044.

• All school volunteers must complete a Volunteer Form and have a current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC). 

• Please send completed forms to volunteer@mosmanprep.nsw.edu.au at least one day prior.

• Canteen - Daily volunteers are required for the recess period 10:20-11:20am. Please sign up using this link (to be updated) for a 1-hour shift any day(s) during school term.  Any questions, please contact Jeff Brown on 0400 410 737

• Second Hand Uniform Shop - Please join the volunteer roster - opening the shop once per month. If you are interested, please contact Ginny Vacy-Lyle on 0409 545 303.
