In this really uncertain and difficult time, we want you to know that whatever you are feeling is valid, and those feelings can be managed and cared for in a number of different ways.
You might feel confused, sad, scared, lonely, overwhelmed, angry, grateful, numb, or completely “fine.” You may even move in and out of these emotions or experience several at once. Your feelings are normal; the situation is not.
Remember: first, just breathe.
This Virtual Relaxation Station is a place for students, families, and staff to explore tools and strategies for managing emotions and stressful moments, during this pandemic and beyond.
