Welcome to Mosaic Wellness! I feel privileged to offer physical therapy and wellness treatments to individuals and groups. My location within the Oak Park Varsity Club at 809 S. Oak Park Avenue in Oak Park, IL, provides a variety of exercise equipment and wide open space in addition to a private suite.
My goal is to get my clients moving!

Eileen holds a Master's and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University as well as a Master's of Science in Exercise Physiology from Benedictine University. Eileen has been in practice for over 21 years.

Eileen is a lifelong athlete with a passion for all things active. She often spends her weekends on long bike rides and kayaking on local rivers. When not outdoors, Eileen spends much of her time with her husband watching their kids at the rink, golf course or the LAX field.
