Hi! I’m Miss Obowa! I’m originally from Mahnomen, MN, and I recently graduated from the University of Minnesota Crookston with my bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education. This is my first year teaching, and I’m really excited to start this new chapter!

I’m excited to be part of the Morris Area School District and recently moved into the area. I’m looking forward to getting to know the students, families, and community and making lots of new connections along the way.

I often get asked, “What’s your favorite part about teaching?” My answer is always working with people. I love helping students find things they’re interested in, exploring how those interests can connect to future careers, and watching them grow along the way. I’m excited to learn and grow with my students and make this a fun and positive first year!
