My grandma passed down her hammock to the family; she made it around 60 years ago so it carries a lot of memories throughout the years. Tunga is a Brazilian performance artist who worked with an array of hanging hammocks in his piece "True Rouge". He inspired me to recreate my own installation, hanging and knotting fishnet tights together as well as filling them with different objects to try to represent the different weights memories hold within our mind.
