About Us

I have loved baking ever since my older sister taught me to bake as a child. I especially love baking desserts.

I have been developing multiple recipes for cheesecake for more than 20 years and now have a good variety. I begun modifying my recipes and process to produce as single serve size.

In 2019 I turned my hobby into a family business and began producing in a commercial kitchen to provide our gourmet indulgences commercially. We began this venture by providing single serve cheesecakes at the Gardeners' Market, and have since begun to distribute through local businesses.
