About Us

At Sparkles By Krystal, the experience begins the moment you arrive at 500 W Franklin St G, Appleton, WI 54911. Tucked into the heart of downtown Appleton, our studio is thoughtfully designed to feel welcoming, personal, and highly attentive—so you can explore ideas, discuss your vision, and feel confident from the first conversation to the final result. Every interaction is shaped by care, clarity, and a passion for detail, because the way something makes you feel matters as much as how it looks.

Rooted in Appleton, we value the relationships we build with our neighbors. That local spirit guides everything we do: respectful timelines, open communication, and a commitment to treating your project as if it were our own. We take the time to listen, ask smart questions, and propose tailored options that align with your goals. No rushed decisions, no pressure—just steady guidance and professional follow-through.

Inside our studio, you’ll find a process that’s as polished as the finished outcome. We start with a friendly consultation to learn what you like (and what you don’t), then outline next steps in plain, straightforward language. You’ll know what to expect at each stage, and you’ll always have a clear point of contact. We believe good work is built on trust, and trust grows with transparency.

Quality is a promise we uphold through craftsmanship and consistency. We approach each detail with care, bring a practiced eye to every choice, and stand behind the work we deliver. When something is done right, it shows—in the way the light catches a surface, in the longevity of materials, and in the ease you feel when everything comes together just the way you envisioned.

As a proud Appleton business, Sparkles By Krystal loves being part of everyday moments in our community—welcoming new clients, seeing familiar faces, and helping ideas take shape. Whether you’re refining a personal vision or exploring something new, we’re here to make the process smooth, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable.
