We exist to lead collaboration and model effective teaching strategies as we continue to learn with all teachers and staff in order to provide positive, meaningful, and successful learning experiences for all students. We must set measurable goals, then gather ongoing evidence of student learning to identify areas of concern and create conditions for perpetual learning.

We exist to support the Seymour teachers by leading collaborative teams, modeling, analyzing data, gathering resources, providing support, and building relationships to increase student learning by setting and meeting goals to demonstrate continuous improvement.
