Family Support Waiver/BDS Sign-up Station, Room D101

Stop by to have a WSTC council member assist you in completing the Family Supports Waiver application. The waiver Sign-Up station will be available all evening in Room D101!  To expedite this process, please bring the Social Security Number of the individual applying for benefits.
