Welcome Grown Ups! 

We are so excited to have your student in the 5th grade this year. Please do us a favor and complete the following survey. This will be used to create a database of contacts for the 5th grade team. If you've been on Class Dojo in the past, it should add you automatically. If not, we will invite the phone number or email you provided. We cannot add students or parents to Dojo without a completed permission form! If you did not fill one out on Meet the Teacher Night, one will be sent home in the first Thursday folder.
