Montrose
Therapy Dog Program
This is Fraser! He is the first ever Montrose Community Schools Therapy Dog. Fraser was named in honor of the late Montrose Superintendent, Fraser Dean. Mr. Dean was superintendent from 1978-1989. He lost his life saving a child in the Gulf of Mexico, Orange Beach, Alabama. Mr. Dean cared deeply for the well-being of all students at Montrose Community Schools which is why we think it is fitting our first therapy dog is named after him.
