D&P 1 FRIDAY WEEKLY DRAWINGS
You will be doing an in-class drawing every Friday that is separate from any other projects that we are working on. These drawings are graded separately and will be worked on during the entire Friday class period. They are due at the end of the period. Please bring in item based on topic or theme for at weeks drawing. The only way to get better is to draw more, and longer. When drawing you should be focusing on realism; therefore, you should pay attention to scale( the size of an object relative to another object such as the size of a car relative to the size of a baby, and proportion (the size of a part of an object in relation to another part of that object such as the size of a car in relation to the size of the car door.) You will need to take a picture of your drawing and place it into your portfolio. Your drawing are worth twenty five points each. Please don't turn in a drawing that doesn't include shading. IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, unless otherwise specified. Weekly drawings will be included in your final portfolio, which is your final exam. If you miss class you are still responsible for making up your weekly drawing on your own time.
