About Daniel Montilla

Founder of CCS Management | Veteran | Consultant | Community-Driven Leader

I'm Daniel Montilla, founder of CCS Management, and a proud U.S. Navy veteran. As a former corpsman

who earned a commission, I carry with me the values of honor, courage, and commitment—values that

now shape everything we do at CCS.

After years of military service and continued professional development—including college studies and a

passion for growth—I saw a need in our community: small businesses and property owners were lacking

reliable, organized, and respectful support in cleaning, property services, and business operations. That’s

how CCS Management was born.

I’m bilingual (English & Spanish), and I serve a diverse range of clients across Florida with integrity,

discipline, and care. From post-construction cleaning to administrative consulting and branded business

documents, I lead our team with the same precision I learned in uniform.

Outside of CCS, I’m a father, a husband, and the son of a hard-working family. My wife also owns a local spa business—so supporting other entrepreneurs is deeply personal to me. I know what it takes to run a

company, and I’m here to help others stay focused, organized, and successful.
