We’re so grateful to the local businesses, makers, and organizations who help make the Montgomery Fall Festival such a fun and special community event. Thank you for joining us!
What should vendors know about setup?
Vendor booths will be located on the festival field. Vendors are responsible for bringing all supplies needed for their booth and transporting them from the parking area down to the field. The field is a short walk from the parking lot and is accessible by several ramps, but please plan accordingly when deciding what to bring. Wagons, carts, or other easy ways to transport booth materials are strongly encouraged.
What should I bring?
Please plan to bring your own table, chairs, tent or canopy, signage, displays, payment equipment, and anything else needed to operate your booth. If using a tent or canopy, please make sure it can be safely secured.
When can vendors arrive?
Vendor setup details, including arrival time, parking instructions, and booth assignments, will be shared with registered vendors closer to the festival.
Thank you again for helping us make the Montgomery Fall Festival a wonderful day for our students, families, and community!
Thank you so much for volunteering at the Fall Festival! We truly couldn’t do this without you. Below are key reminders and quick station notes to help things run smoothly.
Arrival & Check-In
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your shift to get settled and receive instructions.
Check in at the Volunteer Table near the main entrance. You’ll get your name tag and station assignment there.
If your area is covered and you finish early, check back at the Volunteer Table — we may need backup at another station!
During Your Shift
Smile and have fun! You’re helping make the day special for our kids and families.
Each station has a quick instruction sheet with setup and clean-up notes.
If something runs out (supplies, prizes, etc.), flag a Volunteer Lead or head to the Info Booth.
Keep lines moving and encourage everyone to share and take turns.
Clean-Up & Transitions
Please stay for 5 minutes after your shift to tidy your area for the next group.
Trash bags and wipes are at the Volunteer Table if you need more.
Final shift? Please help us with a quick clean-up before you go — every hand counts!
