My name is Kati Luschen. I am a special education teacher at Ramsey Elementary School. I grew up on a farm north of Maynard and graduated from MACCRAY High School. I graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Elementary Education and from St. Cloud State University with a Master's of Science degree in Special Education. I started teaching in the Montevideo Public Schools in the 2011/2012 school year.
