5th Grade Teachers

Mr. Duenwald

Dan Duenwald is from St. Peter, MN and graduated college from Minnesota State University Moorhead. He teaches 5th grade Math, Science, and Social Studies. He is a football coach in the fall.

Mrs. Knutson

Kelly Knutson is a Montevideo alumni and graduated college from Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD with a degree in psychology and received her teaching degree from Buena Vista University. Kelly has been teaching since 1998. She teaches 5th grade English, Reading, and Social Studies.

Mrs. Koenen

Kristin Koenen is from Mankato, MN. She is a graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN and also received her Master's in Education in 2007 from SMSU. She has taught 5th grade since 2000. She teaches Math, Science and Social Studies. Kristin also coaches volleyball in the fall.

Mrs. Zamora

Brittany Zamora is from Starbuck, MN and graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead and also received her Master's in Technology Instruction and Integration in 2020 from WGU. She teaches 5th grade English, Reading and Social Studies. Brittany coaches girls swimming in the fall.
