Get connected with the APP we use to communicate. Please download the Group me App, after you sign up and create a profile, use your camera to scan the QR code to join the group chat!
You will create your account by clicking the 'Register Now' link. This will take you through a step-by-step process of entering your personal, employment, and demographic information. After you submit your application, you will receive an email to verify your email address. The email will also describe additional steps and documentation needed, so that we may verify your information.
Under the employment section, please search "Montessori School of Cheyenne" and choose the option at 5926 Townsend Place.
You will pick a date to do your First Aid and CPR and then register for the classes. After you submit your date, you will receive an email. When you go to the CPR and First Aid, please let them know you are with Montessori School of Cheyenne, so they can bill MSC. Please email us your CPR and First Aid cards when completed.
You must complete both CPR and First Aid Training within 60 days of employment.
You will create your account by clicking the 'Create an Account' link. This will take you through a step-by-step process of entering your personal information. The Wyoming Registry ID is your STARS Registry ID, found on your STARS my profile page. After your profile is completed you need to search for available course. The two trainings you will need to complete within the 60 days of employment are Early Learning Standards AND Department of Family Services Child Care Licensing Rules 2022.
Please see the Directors if you have any questions. You must complete the ELS and Licensing Rules trainings within 60 days of employment.
You will create your account by clicking the 'Create an Account' link. This will take you through a step-by-step process of entering your personal information. You will need to sign in after creating your account and click on your profile to complete it. After your profile is completed you need to search for available course. Search "health and safety" and choose "Health and Safety Basics: Requirements for Certification- 6 hr." (Picture of what the training looks like is posted below.)
You can access this course, after logging in and clicking on your In-Progress course. Once you get to the payment screen, please let us know so we can pay for the course. You will pass the quiz at the end and print off your certificate and turn into the Directors.
You must complete this Health and Safety Training within 60 days of employment.

Staff Handbook 3-2023.pdfWe use many Norwex products for cleaning the day to day messes. Please watch these videos on how to properly use them. We still use a large mop with CINTAS chemicals every week to deep clean. We also sanitize toys daily/weekly depending on contact with germs. Please ask questions as you are training in classrooms.
