May there be
Flowers in every spring
Rainbows that go on forever
People who care
May there not be
Bombs that explode

Why do you think we gossip?
What harm can be done through the act of gossiping?
Instead of going to friends to talk about others behind their backs, what could you do? How difficult would it be to do the right thing?
What does it say about you if you are one to gossip? Do you consider yourself trustworthy?
Explain how gossip has impacted your life.

Write a letter as a buisness owner of London, to the lady who was planning on building a hotel in Springbank Park. Feel free to be creative with your character's name and the name of the woman.
You can express your anger or concerns with regards to how this will impact the environment, the habitat, and the wildlife in the area. If you agree to have a hotel, you can explain how to address some of the concerns that the other Londoners had with the build.
Contribute to our community!
Please create a paper snowflake to help decorate our Winter Concert venue.

Describe how you show your body respect.
What do you appreciate about your body? How does it help you to do the things that you enjoy?
Food is fuel. Explain what this means and how important it is to provide your body with all it needs to run smoothly.
How does it impact our thoughts when we see unrealistic or even AI generated images of people in the media; on tv, the internet, movies or in magazines?

Showing up in 2026
What are some habits that have held you back from being the best version of yourself? Reflect on what isn’t working and write down some habits you would like to leave behind in 2025 as you move forward into this new year?
What kind of person do you want to be for yourself, your family, your friends and your community?
What are some new habits you can build into your routine so that you can ensure you are being the best you can be?
To set an intention, is to focus your energy and thoughts on a desired mindset or way of being. This will help you to show up for yourself and others in a more mindful way and perhaps help you to achieve your other goals.
What is your personal intention going into 2026?
Create a statement: My intention is to____________ and I will remind myself of this intention regularly by _____________________________.
Here is an example: My intention is to be patient and I will remind myself of this intention regularly by journaling daily and practicing breathing techniques.
