A Monterey County Examiner Investigation

The Conflated 8 refers to the 5 Monterey County Supervisors and 3 Environmental Health Bureau executives who conspired in 2019 and 2023 to create and modify regulations that violated citizen rights and protections extended by Title 22. When everbody accepts the woefully wrong arguments and gets the wrong answer, conspiracy speaks for itself. Support was provided by Monterey County Counsel but they will be addressed separately.

Chapter 1 - Well and Water System information ( includes Title 22 intro and details)

Chapter 2 - Hoaxes 1, 2, 3, and 4

1) Federal/State Potable water standards exclude parasitic considerations
2) coliform testing is open/closed system test not contamination test. EHB uses it to present false sense of urgency and security
3) title 22 misrepresentations over 20 years across various documents and ordinances
4) 20 year hoax run on Jewish Chiropractor misapplying regulations for 15+ connections to 2-4 connection system)

Chapter 3 - Hoax 5 2019/2023 POU/POE Ordinance Conspiracy

In 2019 new regulations were established for enforcing potable standards on 2-4 and 5-14 connection wells when no such standards are specified as enforceable requirements per Title 22.

Current Board of supervisors

District 5 is new and not involved in 2019 adn 2023 as supervisore. Distric 2 was not involved in 2019 as supervisor but was extremly aware of hoax as litigant in what may ahve been controlled opposition lawsuit
