The Montello School District participates in the Wisconsin State Assessment System. Information from the Wisconsin Department of Instruction on this assessment system can found at https://dpi.wi.gov/assessment. This assessment system includes:
- Assessment of Reading Readiness (MSD uses i-Ready)
- Wisconsin Forward Exam and Dynamic Learning Maps
- ACT Aspire
- ACT
- ACT WorkKeys
- ACCESS for ELLs
In addition to the state assessment system, we use other assessment tools, such as i-Ready diagnostics, Fountas and Pinnell Benchmark Assessments, AddVantage Math Recovery screeners, and classroom-level assessments, to identify student needs and necessary adjustments to our teaching and learning practices.
