California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) and Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA) financial assistance programs help qualifying families of all sizes lower their monthly energy bills when they need it most.
Utility Assistance is one of the many important ways that Maravilla Foundation financially aids our valuable eligible clients. Through HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program), we offer our qualified clients assistance with their utility bills. Utility bills include electricity, gas, wood, and propane/oil.

Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles works toward systems change through litigation, policy, and education aimed at increasing and preserving housing. Legal Aid also provides legal services to households facing homelessness, and upholds the civil rights of unhoused individuals.

Stay Housed LA provides free legal services to eligible tenants facing eviction. We make sure tenants understand the eviction process and are fairly represented in court.
Stay Housed LA helps LA County residents stay informed about tenant rights, hosts workshops, assist with legal representation for evictions and other resources.
