Brief Course Description
PALS Pathway Exploration is a semester long course that allows Freshmen the opportunity to explore their chosen pathway.
Students begin to gain knowledge and understanding of careers and opportunities within the Public And Legal Services pathway.
Students work individually and collaboratively with classmates on projects or presentations regarding the following topics:
Career exploration project
Vehicle Code or rules of the road Project
whodunit (investigating a crime)
Crime Scene Photography
Crime Scene Photography
Crime Scene Photography
Step beyond the yellow tape as a crime scene photographer
Locate, photograph, and collect evidence
Analyze the photographic evidence to help solve the crime
Whodunit?
(Investigating a Crime)
Students take on the role of an investigator to solve the Whodunit. This allows students to use analytical thinking and deductive reasoning.
