Whenever you need to talk to your counselor, fill out a student request form. The forms can be found in the counseling office, your teacher or you can access in the link above, under “Parent/Student Only Form”

When you talk to me, I will try to keep conversations confidential unless you tell me about the “3 Hurts”:
You hurt yourself
You hurt someone else
Someone hurts you
I may want to talk to your teacher if you tell me about a school problem, but I will discuss this with you first.

The arrival of the new year signifies the fresh unwritten page waiting for gleaming stories, dreams and aspirations. It’s the time to bid adieu to the past, cherish lessons and embrace tomorrow. And as we stand on the threshold of the brand new year, let us embrace the spirit of optimism and spread the message of love, hope, goodwill and kindness.

This month's theme: HAPPIER JANUARY
Things have certainly not been easy over the last year, and we are still in difficult and uncertain times. The best way to try to handle our difficult emotions and experiences is by focusing on what we can control. This month, we're encouraging everyone to focus on small steps to try to boost happiness - for ourselves and others around us - to spread kindness and hopefully inspire others to do the same.

Our school is proud to participate once again in The Great Kindness Challenge, January 26th -30th, a week-long initiative dedicated to fostering a culture of kindness and compassion within our school community.
We have planned a full week of kindness-focused activities.
Together, let’s lift each other up, cheer one another on, and show our community that MOI Eagles truly soar with kindness!
