Whenever you need to talk to your counselor, fill out a student request form. The forms can be found in the counseling office, your teacher or you can access in the link above, under “Parent/Student Only Form”

When you talk to me, I will try to keep conversations confidential unless you tell me about the “3 Hurts”:
You hurt yourself
You hurt someone else
Someone hurts you
I may want to talk to your teacher if you tell me about a school problem, but I will discuss this with you first.

This month's theme: Mindful March
Let's take the time to pause, breathe and really take in what's all around us. This month we're encouraging you to take some time to look within. Learning to be more mindful and aware can do wonders for our well-being in all areas of life - like the way we eat, the things we notice with our relationships. It helps us get in tune with our feelings and stops us dwelling on the past or worrying about the future - so we get more out of the day-to-day. It can also help us identify what we're grateful for, which has been proven to help boost your happiness levels!

Our school is proud to participate once again in The Great Kindness Challenge, January 26th -30th, a week-long initiative dedicated to fostering a culture of kindness and compassion within our school community.
We have planned a full week of kindness-focused activities.
