Counselor Request for Support Forms Below

How to See the Counselor!

Whenever you need to talk to your counselor, fill out a student request form.  The forms can be found in the counseling office, your teacher or you can access in the link above, under “Parent/Student Only Form”

Turn your completed form into the counseling office or give it to your teacher.  We will talk to you as soon as possible.  Only emergencies will be discussed without a request form.

An emergency is any of the “3 Hurts” which are listed below.

The 3 Hurts:

When you talk to me, I will try to keep conversations confidential unless you tell me about the “3 Hurts”:

I may want to talk to your teacher if you tell me about a school problem, but I will discuss this with you first.

Welcome MOI Students and Families!

We hope you find this site useful for you! Here you will find helpful resources and links. We hope you are all staying safe and healthy!

This month's theme: Active April

Keeping active is a great way to boost our mental wellbeing So this month we're encouraging everyone to get moving and get outdoors as much as possible. Whatever your circumstances or physical limitations, you can find your own ways to be a bit more active. We don't need to run marathons - there are simple things we can all do to take care of our bodies, like unplugging from technology, reconnecting with nature and getting more sleep!

Take Care of Your Body Our body and our mind are connected. Being active makes us happier as well as being good for our physical health. It instantly improves our mood and can even lift us out of a depression. We don't all need to run marathons - there are simple things we can all do to be more active each day. And we can also boost our well-being by unplugging from technology, getting outside and - importantly - making sure we get enough sleep!

TAKE CARE OF YOU!  YOU MATTER!
