Students will learn what is involved in health and how having one part of the health square not healthy can effect the body and mind greatly.

Students will learn how to eat nutritionally, and exercise often. They will learn what drugs are and how to avoid them. They will learn about alcohol and the effect it can have on you physically and mentally.

Students will learn how to treat each other, and create new relationships (friends, family, etc.) with new individuals and what good and bad relationships look like, we will cover bullying and peer pressure.

Students will participate in class on sex education as well as suicide prevention and what to do if a situation arises.
