Lesson 1.10 Objective

After reading an excerpt of a student model draft and reviewing a writing checklist, students will draft a meaningful literary analysis in response to a prompt. Students will develop their drafts by structuring and organizing ideas with a clear thesis statement and relevant reasons and evidence for their literary analysis essay.
