Welcome to English 10 Unit 3, Lesson 1!

Through close reading, Socratic Seminars, and review, students will understand the function of figurative language, audience, style, and informational text structure within literature. They will then apply this information to the texts listed below in order to analyze the concept of prophecy in “Rituals of Memory” and Oedipus Rex.
