About Me

I enjoy to build and problem solve things around the House and on the Farm to make my world more efficient. I feel I have many experiences through my education and life experiences to offer Young Adults skills to build a successful future . This is a place for all who are willing to learn to build something to be proud of. Being a hands on course allows all who are here to build skills for a lifetime. Inside our shop we have a variety of tools to build just about anything if your pocket book allows.

Class Daily Objectives

Woodke Lesson Plans

Manage time wisely ( getting out tools, using , cleaning and planning for next day, workplace skills )

Sketch a project using set of criteria (i.e. to hang on a wall, sit on a table, sit on floor, outside , etc)

Plan a timeline for completing a project( example 1 day to gather wood, 2 days to cut wood, 3 days to sand , 4 days to assemble , 5 days to ……..)

Properly Identify Tool(s) used to build said project

Properly use Tool (s) to build said project

Identify safety rules to be followed

Using proper vocabulary specific to class ( width, length, etc…..)

In class skills building using tools many have no access to gain work force ready skills on power and hand tools
