Jazz Band is an opportunity for Montauk students to further their musical abilities and learn jazz fundamentals.Â
The Montauk School Jazz Band is auditioned based. Students who are selected will be required to attend rehearsals on Monday and Thursday mornings. Rehearsal will start promptly at 7:30am and end at 8:05am in the Green Room (horns) and Mr. Lorefice's room (rhythm section). Students must arrive no later than 7:25am in order to setup. The Jazz Band will perform in both Winter & Spring Concerts.
