Thank you to everyone, from our guests to our fabulous volunteers, for another scare-filled season supporting music, theater and the arts!
More content coming soon! On this page are the photos, videos and other media related to Monster Bash 7: Road Trip which took place in October 2018 and was awarded the Best Haunt award in Minnesota by the minnesotahauntedhouses.com website. For a description of that Haunt, please see the Road Trip summary on our History page!
This is the "Teaser" video for Monster Bash 7: Road Trip which was created for us by KIMT-TV. Thanks to KIMT-TV, Monster Bash Haunted Houses have had these fantastic "Teasers" for every Haunted House since our 6th version (Monster Bash VI: Sinister Stronghold)
A relatively brief video was created from some basic captures of the entry, into the ticket area (and we had a pretty full queue at the time!) and to the entrance of Road Trip where one of our local dads was accompanying his daughter through the haunt! You'll see their entrance followed by the exit area when the emerge at the other side! There isn't footage from inside the haunt itself, but there is a cool ending showing a bit of the hearse, which has become a favorite of many of our guests!
Pictures from Road Trip!
It's been a few years, but we found some pictures from Road Trip to share with you! One item of note was that this was the last year we had all the members of the Ryan Family taking part. Their oldest daughter, Rhianna, would be moving on with college, life and her career (which would be including Theatre as well as make-up), so it was a bit bitter-sweet, even though we would still have Lizzie and Ben helping out for a few more years with their skills and artistry. Another family that had been a big part of our Haunts, the Shupes, were also seeing their children grow up, and their youngest, Ian, was in his final few years of being one of our regular actors as well! We've been fortunate to have such great support from our families!
Here and below are some pics that give a feel of the overall experience from the great Haunt spaces that we had with Road Trip, which included having an actual car as a part of the decor (complete with a broken radio hissing out static, a GPS system that kept repeating "re-calculating" and a steaming engine from the "crash") and plenty of twists and turns as our poor guests tried to escape from the twisted family that pursued them throughout this Haunt!
