LINK CREW ORIENTATION FAQs:

• • What will take place during Orientation?  Students will be connected to Link Crew Leaders, participate in a high energy fun filled assembly including small group time with their Link Crew Leaders, and will receive a campus tour. 

  • What should I wear?  Because the day is active, please make sure you wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement and allows you to sit in the bleachers and on the floor.

  • Should I bring a backpack or other items?  We encourage you not to bring backpacks, purses or other like items, as the day is quite active.

  • Is Orientation mandatory?  No, it is not mandatory, but it is highly encouraged! This is a very important part of every student's transition into the high school environment and we hope every new student will attend! Orientation is a great time for incoming students to meet their Link Crew Leaders and make new friends while getting comfortable on campus. 

  • Do I need to attend the entire time?  Yes, we do request that students attend the entire orientation. We are doing a variety of fun/interactive activities and moving around campus throughout Orientation.

  • Can parents/guardians attend?  This is a student only function so we encourage you to let your child attend on their own. Most parents/guardians drop off their student at the beginning of Orientation and pick them up when Orientation is finished.
