If your child is entering grades Kindergarten-5, please take a moment to identify your designated school.
All students in grades 6-8 attend Jockey Hollow Middle School.
Students in grades 9-12 attend Masuk High School.
In order to complete your child's enrollment we need a copy of each of the following to be provided at your registration appointment:

- Student’s educational and state testing records and a signed school release form
- Unofficial transcript (secondary only)
- Student’s birth certificate, passport or legal proof of child's name and date of birth
- Student’s latest health record with latest immunizations. Links to health forms and information are available on the Nurse/Health site.
- Proof of residency , must include two of the following items – a utility bill and a mortgage or lease/contract that shows your name and Monroe address. If you do not have the preceding information, you need to provide the Notarized Declaration of Legal Residence form which requires approval from the superintendent
- If your child is receiving any special services we will need a copy of the latest Individual Education Program or Section 504 Accommodation Plan.
